Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O’Neal lost to Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in the premiere episode for ABC’s “Shaq Vs.”.

O’Neal challenged Roethlisberger to a football scrimmage, but the NBA All-Star lost 21-14 to the Super Bowl champion QB. O’Neal had several handicaps to make the game more even, such as O’Neal starting from the 20 yard line, while Roethlisberger must attempt to score from the 40.

Throughout the match, the two engage in healthy trash talk, much of which was sparked by O’Neal. The game even featured a blonde sideline reporter and two announcers in a booth.

The new “Shaq Vs.” show will feature O’Neal challenging different athletes in their respective sports, such as Oscar de la Hoya (boxing), Albert Pujols (baseball), Michael Phelps (swimming) and Serena Williams (tennis).
